ALAMOSA – The eighth-ranked Alamosa High School girls soccer team learned which team they will play in the first round of the Class 3A State Tournament on Sunday.

The Lady Mean Moose will host 25th-seeded Holy Family Thursday at 5 p.m. at AHS stadium.

Alamosa comes into the game with a record of 10 wins, one loss and two ties. The Lady Tigers have a record of five wins and 10 losses.

Should Alamosa win, it will host the winner of the game between ninth-seeded Stargate School and 24th-seeded Lincoln on Saturday.

Two more Intermountain League teams also qualified for state. Pagosa Springs enters as the 32nd-seed and the Lady Pirates will travel to Colorado Academy. Montezuma-Cortez will host Roaring Fork.
