ALAMOSA - Sue Foster, Quality Consultant with Hospice del Valle for over 10 years, retired at the end of October.
“She is top notch at everything she does. Because of her expertise and ability to teach, she graciously helped a hospice in Colorado who had some difficulty with their state audit. By the time Sue was done helping them, they were State compliant and on the track to success,” Hospice del Valle stated.
Foster also served as the Volunteer Coordinator for several years, which gave her a unique opportunity to meet a variety of people from around the Valley with a strong commitment to hospice and volunteering.
She says, “it has been a great honor for her to work with her colleagues at Hospice del Valle and serve patients, families and the community.
She is a great quilter, writer, reader and researcher.
“She will be sorely missed but certainly deserves some rest and relaxation time with her husband Cole,” Hospice del Valle stated.
