Plachy Hall on the Adams State University (ASU) campus was the site of a job fair on Wednesday, with high school students invited (and encouraged) to attend. Titled the ‘San Luis Valley Career Fair, ‘several colleges and an abundance of businesses and organizations had tables with information for those who attended. Different branches of the military were present, as well. As shown in the photo, students were also introduced to programs offered on college campuses. In this case, students were signing up for ASU’s CAMP program, which stands for College Assistant Migrant Program.
