DEL NORTE—Trail Wise Back Country Horsemen will host a ride on Saturday, July 21, 9 a.m. Meet at Hansen Mill above Creede to ride to Wheeler Geologic area. RSVP to  719-849-3074, so trail coordinators can plan ahead and not leave riders behind. Water for horses will be available on the trail. Riders need to bring their own lunch, ride supplies, camera, etc. Horses should be ribboned if kickers or biters. Riders ages 10-18 need to have a riding sponsor, no loose/ponied horses. Horses should be shod, booted or hardened unshod feet as this is a mountain trail w/some rocky areas.
